This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the website at gezdolaskesfet.com (the “Site”). It has been prepared with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in mind.

- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of visit. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process this data for security and performance purposes. Cloudflare’s country information and your browser’s language setting are also used to show you the site in a suitable language (Turkish, English, Spanish or German); we do not store them.

- Contact data: your name, email address and message when you email us.
The Site has no accounts, comments or forms; we do not collect any other personal data directly from you.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Google AdSense and advertising
Ads may be shown on the Site through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (such as DoubleClick cookies) to serve ads based on your previous visits. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Our videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and no YouTube player loads until you press play; only the thumbnail is shown from i.ytimg.com. 6. Affiliate links
Some articles contain affiliate links to platforms such as GetYourGuide and Viator. When you click these links, the platform may use its own cookies to attribute a sale to us. Your transactions on those platforms are subject to their privacy policies.
7. International transfers
The service providers listed above (Cloudflare, Google/YouTube, affiliate platforms) may host their servers outside your country. Your data may therefore be transferred abroad in accordance with the international transfer provisions of the GDPR and KVKK Art. 9.
8. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved; technical logs are kept for the periods set by our service providers.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification and erasure, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to data portability. Send requests to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EU country or with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority.
